Job Description
The warehouse receiving personnel are responsible for the receiving of all raw materials, packaging and operating supplies.

Essential Job Functions

  • Checks delivery drivers in, verifies delivery appointment with schedule, checks and verifies seals
  • Verifies load for accuracy, damage and/or missing items
  • Sweeping dock and warehouse floors as needed
  • Complete Hazardous Material Training
  • Separate goods based upon item and batch number
  • Receive goods into computer system with accuracy following cGMP&##39;s and SOP&##39;s
  • Label goods with LPN with accuracy following cGMP&##39;s and SOP&##39;s
  • Move goods from receiving location to sampling a put away areas
  • Use computer system and its accessories, guns and printers
  • Follow safety procedures, including wearing of PPE
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Forklift operation and safety training
  • Knowledge and understanding of the pictograms for hazardous communication required by OSHA
  • Knowledge and understanding of SDS&##39;s and Certificates of Authenticity
  • Excellent math skills use of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Able to convert US standard measurements into Metric with ease
  • Must be able to work well with other team members asnd other departments
  • Must be organized and have attention to detail
  • Most be computer literate
  • Must be courteous, respectful and professional at all times
