What We Need:

  • We need a Warehouse Lead who is responsible for monitoring the work of associates in warehouse operators, such as, receiving, storing and picking raw material.

What You Will Do:

  • You will serve as a leader to specific team members assigned to your designated shift by performing duties such as assessing daily workloads, making/coordinating rotation of daily assignments for team members, conducting team meetings, devising/completion of daily team sheets, assisting in training, and resolving receiving, put away, and inventory issues
  • You will operate powered material moving equipment as needed and maintain appropriate certifications for use
  • You will maintain up to date Trainer qualifications
  • You will follow prioritized assignments, providing customer service support and ensure the completion of order fulfillment (picking, packing, manifesting), maintain inventory through put away, breakdowns, replenishment, and cycle count in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards.
  • You will perform physical picking, receiving, building, packing, and shipping of Sale Orders according to SOPs and as prioritized. Must meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
  • You will ensure assigned work area is cleaned daily, which includes sweeping, dusting, trash/box disposal, general straightening, etc.
  • You will perform the review and correction of unfulfilled orders having discrepancies to record and assign any errors, as necessary
  • You will ensure required training is up-to-date and compliant with all site and Quality requirements specific to the job
  • Evaluate the trainee and ensure the trainee is competent to perform job tasks according to SOPs and within all safety guidelines.

What You Need:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 6 months as a Distribution Associate
  • Power equipment experience preferred, training experience.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail is critical
  • Must be able to pull complex orders accurately.
  • Basic computer skills required
  • 2 years on sit forklift down and 1-year stand forklift up experience.
  • Familiarity with Food GMP Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. repeatedly
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, some Saturdays are require
