Job Description:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the safe, efficient operation of the Tub Machine, calibration of the programmable controls governing the Tub machine, and reporting data to management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (includes the following; other duties may be assigned);

Prepare Tub Machine for safety & operational readiness prior to start up and shut down. Insure all program and control settings are properly set prior to running and after change over. Activate Tub Machine Process Monitor and adjust as needed to maintain proper weight control & flow of product to meet established quality standards Performs all metal detection verification checks hourly. Change film and date codes when required Insure date and best before codes are accurate on Tubs Maintain a clean work station and safe work environment Weigh tub waste at shift's end. Perform other duties as may be requested by supervisor so as to effect a safe, clean, efficient operation of the job function. Must meet established plant attendance guidelines & arrive at meetings and appointments on time.
