This role will lead and oversee the change management and organizational development of our enterprise-wide transformation project for the Danone North America region. A key enabler of our strategic plan, this change requires a high degree of focus and change management across the organization. He/she will work closely with transformation leads in the business and HR leads to support the design, delivery and implementation of the transformation for Danone North America. This role will also support the development & deployment of our HR Strategy & Transformation Roadmap.
•Owner of enterprise change & communications roadmap. Work in partnership with the enterprise transformation leads, HRDs, and communications team to develop and deploy change, organization development and communication solutions.•Assess organization complexity and propose solutions for simplification, including ways of working and process simplification.•Facilitate working sessions to align current state needs and design & develop solutions as needed•Assess changes to roles and responsibilities that will come out of the broader transformation efforts and their implications across the organization. Ensure actions are developed & deployed proactively.•Work cross-functionally to ensure strong stakeholder management & action planning •Lead enterprise change agent network. Ensure strong engagement plan in place to support the change.•Leverage industry best practices around organization design & change management trends and provide recommendations for the organization.•Support the development of change & transformation capabilities across HR organization.•Work with SVP and HR leadership team to build HR roadmap tied to HR Strategic plan. Provide solutions for tracking KPIs across HR.•Provide ongoing tracking of HR & change KPIs and report to Steering Committee and/or executive leadership team as needed.About you
•You have practical working knowledge of organization design and complex change work.•You have experience working as both an internal and external change agent.•You have a strong understanding of change management and the people and communication skills to support change•You have proven experience working on organization design programs in a large scale environment.•You have strong project management capability •You have strong business acumen •You have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.•You have intellectual curiosity and courage to challenge status quo•You have strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization, and ability to work in a complex matrix environment.•You have the ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner and work across senior management teams.•You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.•You have high tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change. Able to work in a complex environment with changing priorities.•You have ability and willingness to operate at strategic and operational level.•You are an Innovative thinker and change agent.•You have the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.•You have a Minimum 10 years experience as HR Business Partner, OD/Change Management, or Consulting
•You have a Bachelor Degree in Business, HR, or related field. MBA or Masters in IO/Psychology preferred.About us

The base compensation range for this position is $145-$196K.
