Dip into This Role

  • Lead the on-going maintenance for the TPM tool working with the internal users and TPM provider
  • Create topline AOP and Forecast tools in TPM to be used by field sales team in collaboration with Marketing, Finance and IT
  • Create dashboards and reports within the TPM tool for field sales team for tracking performance and aiding in AOP gap closure discussions
  • Create, maintain and review TPM tools for customer P&Ls, month-end trade accruals, deductions management with the respective cross functional teams
  • Automate non TPM reporting leveraging Qlik/other tools. This will cover daily sales reporting and any other reports currently being done manually/in excel
  • Lead the TPM compliance for our deductions and trade promotions set-up process
  • Train the users/super-users on the TPM tool functionality
  • Understand the interdependency of SAP with the TPM tool and work closely with Sales Finance and Accounting team re month-end close process and period reporting
  • Act as the single point of contact with the TPM provider for future enhancements, troubleshooting and maintenance of the tool
  • Act as the single point of contact within the organization for any TPM related question, enhancement or issue


Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal office Sales/brokerage support function or customer support function. Business side IT experience preferred
  • Trade promotion management experience is preferred
  • Independent thought-leader; self-motivated and self-directed work style; ability to work with a diverse team
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced work environment, pay close attention to detail and meet business-driven deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to articulate clear direction and influence others
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of SAP and Trade systems
  • Sounds understanding of the complexity of business issues faced internally and externally
  • Excellent project management, prioritization and resource utilization abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
