The Distributor & Export Business Unit is in charge of the Kraft Heinz business in more than 20 markets, amongst which the Nordics, Baltics, Hungary, Czech, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Israel and others. About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You#39;ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach ambitious brand and sales goals. You#39;ll be reporting into the Head of Marketing. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders. Your primary goal will be the development of the Trade Marketing strategies for selected markets
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Bringing deep understanding of the markets; analyzing consumer and customer insights and sharing this with the crossfunctional teams
- Recommending Growth Strategy per market (product portfolio, distribution, brand positioning, recommended pricing, marketing and trade support activities)
- Acting as commercial project leader for innovation & renovation projects from idea to execution; executing and tracking of recently launched innovations
- Plan, execute and evaluate campaigns / in-store activation
