II.JOB BROAD FUNCTION
The Total Quality Manager is responsible for partnering with the rest of the organization to consistently develop, produce and supply products that exceed customer and consumer expectations.

To monitor and ensure the continuous improvement on product quality and quality system.
To monitor and ensure the continuous improvement of the food safety program.
To mentor and develop the Total Quality Supervisor(s) and the Total Quality team.

A. Education BS Degree in Food Science/Technology or related field
Desirable Spanish language
Minimum 5 years experience in a Management Position.
Minimum 5 years experience in Food Manufacturing
Minimum 3 years experience in implementation of food safety and quality programs.
