The Lamb Company provides over 200 specifications of fresh and frozen meat to all major retail and foodservice customers across Canada and the Unites States.With Sales and Customer Support offices in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Los Angeles and Pedricktown (NJ), we provide coast-to-coast coverage. Our four distribution centers are strategically located in the east and west coast ports of Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
Our three value-added production facilities in Los Angeles, New Jersey and Toronto (Canada) provide a wide range of further processing and packaging capabilities. We specialize in cutting, grinding, forming, marinating and seasoning. Our packaging capabilities include: MAP, vacuum packs, case ready (Retail), cartons, bulk packs (Food Service) and DRCs (Club).
Most importantly, our products have the highest standards of quality and possess all attributes that consumers increasingly demand in meat products, such as: No Antibiotics, No Added Hormones, Pasture Raised, Free Range and Humanely Treated.
