Our role of Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), based in Memphis, TN will play a critical role by continuing to find the right talent on time for both salaried and technical hourly team members at all locations. This candidate will work closely with senior leadership to implement and execute a strategic recruitment program to fill key positions across all functions. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, acting as a consultant to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, and providing detailed assessment of candidates and recommending offer amounts.

TAM will manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making a hire. TAM is also accountable for managing the interactions with candidates in accordance with employment law.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Source and screen candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, internet web sites, company career site, networking and professional organizations.
  • Proactively identify human capital trends, recommend and implement strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle to include selection, offer and onboarding process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and support the talent vision of their respective departments.
  • Maintain a variety of recruitment sources that target passive and non-passive candidates.
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidates.

The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications

  • Bachelor&##39;s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or related field highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience utilizing user groups, social media, marketing, and search engines for a manufacturing company with multiple locations. Experience corporate and agency recruitment highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple sites and at all levels required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven success with alternative sourcing methods and technologies (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to be able to attract, attain, and retain top talent using marketing & social media strategies.
  • Highly energetic with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems required.
