Basic Purpose and Scope:

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible to provide day-to-day coordination and scheduling of manufacturing employees and coordinates recordkeeping of the manufacturing area to obtain optimum efficiency, through-puts and quality

Essential Job Functions Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies - Always
2. Develop and manage manufacturing employee work schedules to ensure the appropriate amount of staff is available for each planned work shift based on planned production schedule - 30%
3. Maintain employee attendance records and rosters. Provide to plant leadership as requested. Notify plant leadership of all unplanned absences and update the work schedule as needed - 30%
4. Liaise with temporary staffing agency, as necessary, to fill vacancies in a timely manner - 15%
5. Assist with training recordkeeping - 20%
6. Assist new employees with obtaining operations supplies and PPE - 5%
7. Ability to meet attendance requirements - Ongoing
8. Perform other duties as assigned - Ongoing

Minimum Qualifications Required to Perform Work:
1. Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Understand manufacturing processing equipment basics and manufacturing flows
3. Ability to follow and develop labor schedules
4. Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and write correspondence
5. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently
6. Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
7. Capable of presenting information in one-on-one and group situations to other employees in the organization
8. Ability to use computer software to assist in manufacturing and labor tracking
9. Must possess superior communication skills
10. Demonstrated critical thinking skills
11. Effective multi-tasker adept at prioritizing with demonstrated ability to exceed customer&##39;s expectations
12. Organizational astuteness and proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
13. Proven ability to establish strong credibility and build relationships
14. Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Visio
15. Ability to maintain calm and professional in fast paced situations
16. Ability to read and interpret safety manuals, operating instructions and procedure manuals
17. Familiarity with food and safety regulations

Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock, and vibration

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times very loud

Personal protective equipment required: Smocks, protective gloves, goggles, safety glasses, face shield, hearing protection, bump caps and/or hard hats and any other personal protective equipment (PPE) as deemed necessary to perform the job safely.
