Dip into This Role

  • Develop, manage and lead the implementation and execution of Sabra’s integrated Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy across all business areas
  • Engage, influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives to advance the Sustainability agenda and results
  • Establish and lead a method to integrate responsible practices that advance our Strategy into core business operations, overseeing the identification and adoption of such practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple external organizations, agencies and stakeholders
  • Develop a process and method to evaluate the viability and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives against strategy goals, and integrating this into our makes recommendations as needed
  • Lead the development and delivery of proposals, reports, and/or presentations, with and for internal and external stakeholders, employees, media, government, community partners, customers or other groups as required
  • Continually assess the sustainability landscape, industry benchmarks, internal and external stakeholder needs ensuring evolving opportunities are evaluated and incorporated in the Strategy as appropriate
  • Develop, oversee and publish a Corporate Sustainability performance scorecard and an annual Sustainability Report that measures Sabra’s key environmental, social and economic impacts
  • Periodically review sustainability program objectives, progress, and status to ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulations, or laws
  • Liaise with parent company sustainability resources as needed


Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability Management (preferred) or Business Major, Master’s Degree Preferred

  • 7-10 years of professional experience related to sustainability and/or corporate social responsibility
  • Experienced with linking business and sustainability strategies to the circular economy, demonstrating the impact of our actions
  • Proven success in the development, implementation and execution of a sustainability program
  • A passion for “doing good”
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership and customers
  • Ability to lead by influence and collaborate effectively with others at all levels within the organization including our executives
  • Strong problem solving, innovation and analytical skills
  • 25% travel (domestic and international)
