Position Function and Scope: Del Monte Foods, Inc. * Conduct advanced human capital analytics to address key business issues and optimize use of data in decision-making.
* Sources, cleans, examines and integrates multiple sources of complex data sets to identify data patterns, relationships, and trends to help answer business questions and inform decision-making.
* Partner with COEs and management to identify opportunities to provide data insights and develop / configure custom reports and metric dashboards to support leadership priorities including D&I, staffing management & talent.
* Define analytical approaches and methodologies to translate business needs into compelling narratives using data visualization.
* Recommends and develops compelling, logically structured reports, dashboards, models, and presentations that tell the workforce story and inform the people and business strategy.
* Build and work with large and complex data sets and measures to be used in analyses that drive business decisions.
* Consult within internal stakeholders and other analysts, translating business objectives and analytical needs into repeatable analytical solutions.
* Manage business solutions and provide support for Del Monte’s HR Business Partners including researching, identifying, and resolving complex issues, unexpected results and process flaws.
* Provide support on HR technology initiatives; define end-state data needs in design and configuration of technology solutions.
* Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization.
* Provide People Solutions and DMFI leadership research-based evaluation of advanced human capital analytics that can be leveraged to optimize the use of data in decision-making.
* Responsible for updating data and maintaining data integrity; owns standards and processes for personnel master data accuracy and cleanliness.
* Manage HRIS Analyst who is responsible for developing and maintaining management reports, as well as serving as Super User on Human Capital Management (HCM), currently ADP Vantage.
* Manage external consultant resources and relationships as needed.

* Bachelor’s degree in related discipline emphasizing data analysis and visualization (e.g. decision sciences, applied mathematics, statistics or social sciences) or equivalent work experience.
* Master’s degree or analytics certification(s) a plus. At least 7 years of progressive experience in an analytics/decision sciences role with increasing level of responsibility.
* Experience with Human Capital Systems like ADP and Workday is a plus
* Experience with time system reporting and interfaces with HCM, Kronos is a plus
* Experience in manufacturing environment or business with variable seasonal workforce and employee status is a plus.
* Demonstrated proficiency with analytics software such as SAS Enterprise Guide, or Alteryx or statistical languages such as R, and Python.
* Knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting, and model building (e.g. Cluster Analysis, PCA, Regression, Decision Trees/Random Forests, Structural Equation Modeling).
* Experience leveraging NLP/ML to understand social media trends/sentiment analysis.
* Proven experience working in survey data (Item analysis, Scale Reliability, Key Drivers) but an appetite to combine with other data to take those analyses/insights to the next level (e.g. creating personas)
* Exceptional storytelling / presentation-building skills, including the ability to translate complex statistical concepts into simple and actionable insights.
* Demonstrated success in developing complex reporting solutions and providing actionable insights from analysis.
* Strong project management, analytical, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
* Understands HR from a business perspective, can translate requirements and drive the solutions.
* Ability to communicate orally in writing with technical and non-technical users.
* Ability to work on multiple projects and leading priorities with poise, integrity, and the appropriate sense of urgency.
* Demonstrated success in HCM business process frameworks, security configuration, and report writing.
* Experience with building data marts from multiple data sources, visualization tools, such as Tableau and/or Cognos. and large database environments (e.g. Snowflake, RedShift).
* Advanced knowledge of building complex queries in SQL. WE OFFER
