Sr. Human Resources Manager in Des Moines IA

Our client a leading food company is looking to bring on board an experienced Sr. Human Resources Manager to their team.  In this exciting position you will be responsible for guiding all HR functions for the company, including recruitment, employee relations and organizational development.

What we are looking for you to do:

• Develop and execute strategies to improve organizational health and culture
• Guide leaders and employees regarding policies, HR programs, values, benefits etc.
• Analyze and develop wage/salary programs
• Coordinate leadership training and organizational development
• Oversee the recruitment process
• Understand human resources best practices, laws and processes

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business or related field
• 4-5 years of experience within the food/agriculture industry
• HR Certification
