Sabra is seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources team who is passionate about driving an outstanding candidate and new hire experience at Sabra. This role works directly with candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, and hiring managers to effectively execute all recruitment related tasks in addition to project work with the broader HR function. This is a highly visible role within the organization, and you will need to be comfortable working on multiple activities at once & with senior stakeholders in the business. You will need to have a highly engaged and entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in working in a dynamic environment. In addition, you will have the benefit of working directly with HR Leadership on various mission critical endeavors and will be a key member of the team!

Talent Acquisition Coordination
•Ensure an outstanding Candidate and New Hire Experience including but not limited to: coordination & scheduling on-site interviews, processing and tracking candidate interviews, travel reimbursements and managing the candidate process in applicant tracking system (UltiPro)•Drive and execute complex scheduling situations with senior internal stakeholders through creativity and ownership of the process (cancellations, weather, changes, etc.)•Assist in contract management for Talent Acquisition vendors•Create offer letters•Process and track background checks•Update recruitment report on a weekly basis•Support campus recruitment efforts•Additional project work on an as needed basis
•Management of employee records in our HRIS system•Lead the Orientation Program & manage the end to end onboarding process for all new hires and internaltransfers ensuring a high impact, engaging experience for everyone who joins the Sabra team:oPartner with hiring managers & business stakeholders on Functional Onboarding coordinationoPrepare and submit checklist for all new hires, including contract/intern/temp roles – help ensure allnew starts have appropriate assets on their first day. Collaborate with hiring managers onsuccessful onboarding processes including 30/60/90-day check-ins•Work with new hires to walk through the steps and the required documents of what is to be expected duringthe onboarding period; ensures proper completion and filing of Form I-9. Assist with complex executiveand senior leader onboarding programs
Human Resources and Senior Leader Administration
•Calendar management, travel coordination and general office support for the Vice President of HumanResources
•Coordinate meetings for the HR department, including agenda collation & presentation deck preparation
•Coordinates logistics and programs for Organizational Development - pre-work packages, audiovisualequipment, projection equipment, classroom materials, and aids.
Recipe for Success
•Five years of prior administrative or recruiting support experience in a corporate setting, with & for SeniorLeaders•Degree strongly preferred•Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and high-volume interview scheduling•Excellent organizational skills – strong attention to detail, time management and accuracy•Experience working with an Application Tracking System (ATS)•Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and collaborate across the organization•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)•Results oriented, with a focus on solving problems and continuous improvement•Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information•Strong desire to create a positive candidate and new hire experience
