Position Summary:

Conduct analytics and monitor compliance levels to procurement policies. Work with Governance & Capabilities Manager to develop action plans to address gaps, audit findings or issues related to procedures, and policies. Support the development of the training courses, tools and/or knowledge sharing capabilities to enable skill development. Essential Job Functions:

  • Sourcing Governance
  • Support the creation, execution, communication, and maintenance of procurement policies
  • Ensure alignment between procurement policy and procedures and corporate policies
  • Develop and implement processes and policies required to ensure successful relationship management with suppliers
  • Support driving internal compliance with procurement policies, procedures, strategies, and guidelines on an ongoing basis
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to department on the interpretation of corporate and procurement policies
  • Collaborate with the whole department to communicate changes of policies and procedures, educate resources into the changes
  • Assess risks, propose process, technology and capability changes to efficiencies
  • Define structured activities to share and manage the obtained knowledge

  • Sourcing Talent Development & Training
  • Support the manager with the sourcing core training creation and knowledge sharing coordination
  • Support the development of training courses, tools and knowledge sharing capabilities to enable skill development

  • Additional Support
  • Maintain knowledge of other initiatives in the company that may affect the CoE’s performance and operations

  • Talent Management
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties: complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
  • Support talent development framework and proven experience in creating/maintaining training curriculum
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Retail, CPG or similar
  • Proven experience implementing policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated and proven leadership ability
  • Ability to identify, quantify and effectively communicate business risks
  • Ability to become a key point of contact for the team, speak to internal clients on a regular basis, develop and maintain long term relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering solid action-oriented results quickly
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify, quantify and effectively leverage data to support business decisions, communicate opportunities and/or raise business risks.
  • Ability to monitor compliance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Vizio)
  • Ability to synthesize analysis into compelling oral and written communications and presentations

Desired Previous Job Experience/Education:

  • Project Management Certification
  • 1 year of compliance work
  • Breadth and depth of knowledge of supply chain management concepts in sourcing, contracts, governance, supplier relationship management and ability to demonstrate mastery in several of these areas
