You Get to...

• Schedule shipping and receiving appointments
• Be responsible for billing customers’ orders and re-supplying orders
• Call in claims to vendors
• Assist with keeping inventory accurate and making adjustment as needed
• Be responsible for answering calls to the MPC shipping & receiving department 8:00am-4:30pm

Qualifications - What you bring to the job

• A basic knowledge of manufacturing and shipping operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer skills: SAP, Outlook, Excel, Word and other programs as needed
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated the ability to function in a team-based environment
• Demonstrate the desire to learn and grow
• Strong ability to multitask
• Understanding of freezer and cooler operations preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
