The Foodservice and On-Premise (FSOP) Growth Manager provides leadership of The Coca-Cola Company brands in all FSOP channels (eating & drinking, education, at work, etc.) within a Bottler territory. This position serves as the primary point of contact representing all facets of the FSOP business plan to the Bottlers. Primary accountabilities include growing revenue, gross profit, developing overall bottler capabilities and driving strategic initiatives across all FSOP channels. This role is accountable for the ongoing partnership with a bottler to drive all aspects of the FSOP business. Key deliverables will be agreement to and execution of detailed annual business plans based on mutually agreed to company & bottler objectives as well as specific capability plans to enable a sustainable long term business model.

Ongoing Coca-Cola System Management:
  • Business Planning
    • Builds annual joint business plan aligned with commercial & tactical objectives
    • Gains commitment to commercial plan components and resources needed to fully execute
  • Commercial Alignment
    • Drives alignment supporting annual FSOP Pillar Commercial programs
    • Ensures Picture of Success is executed across all channels
    • Drives adoption of new brands/packages in line with market segmentation & brand strategies
    • Delivers programs to drive LMP/Freestyle business model
  • Business Plan Stewardship
    • Stewards performance weekly/monthly: revenue, profit, new outlet growth, strategic initiatives
    • Monitors execution performance, re-plans as needed, and provides feedback to stakeholders
  • People Alignment
    • Responsible for engaging associates across all levels of a Bottler organization
    • Influence/sustain a winning and inclusive culture by modeling inspirational leadership

Relationship & Contractual management:
  • Manages Bottler relationships with CCNA and serves as primary contact
  • Executes LMP contractual elements
  • Supports Alternate Route to Market process
  • Gains agreement to Customer Trade Marketing
  • Maintains business continuity


Education: Bachelor's Degree / MBA Preferred

  • 10 years Coca-Cola System/direct bottler or equivalent experience in marketing/operations
  • 5+ years in CPG organization in sales, marketing, operations, franchise management
  • Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management, and a clear track record for delivering positive revenue results
  • Ensures people leadership (development, performance management, coaching) to leverage talent and experience within the organization and across functions
  • Complex project management capability
  • Full understanding of system and bottler economics including P&L or equivalent

  • Critical/analytical thinking: ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify patterns and trends, establish cause-effect relations, and define solutions that drive improvement
  • Thought leadership: ability to come up with new, innovative ideas to drive the business, build busines cases to showcase the ideas, and influence key stakeholders to drive adoption
  • Relationship building and ability/drive to continuously engage key players to proactively look for and align on key opportunities
  • Financial Acumen: understand system economics (company, bottler, retailer, supplier), use financial / economic analysis to influence bottler actions
  • Strategic thinking: ability to envision and articulate a desired destination for a program, initiative, brand, etc., understand the environment (threats, opportunities, levers, obstacles), and define the best course of action and resources needed to get to the destination
