Description: Judge Group is partnered with a well-respected, industry-leading food manufacturer. Our client is looking for someone to lead their Sanitation department and take the operation to another level with a great deal of autonomy.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 3 supervisors and 100+ indirect reports
  • Provide strategy and support to increase safety and efficiency
  • Monitor daily operation, create SOP's, manage inspections, create MCS's while maintaining a safe work environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate 5-10 years management experience required
  • Management experience in a Food Production environment required
  • Previous USDA experience required
  • Degree in Food Science highly desired
  • Must have shift scheduling flexibility
