Sales Support Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Sales Support Manager and sales team with forecasting, customer compliance, order resolution and communication across cross functional departments. The position is based in Baltimore, MD, and reports to the Sales Support Manager.

Job Duties

  • Be the conduit for the sales team between headquarters, operations, quality control, finance, logistics, marketing, and management
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and sales team on order resolution involving pricing discrepancies to include ERP and TPM system management
  • Process sample orders and ensure items are delivered on time and in good condition
  • Create sell through plans for sales managers to manage excess Inventory
  • Work with One World Sync and other systems to ensure customer publications are timely and accurate
  • Assist with customer setup and change process
  • Assist with customer specific requests related to new item setup, quality information, and customer specific websites
  • Assist with pricing changes and field updates in ERP and TPM communication
  • Ensure sales managers in the field are update-to-date on activities in the corporate offices and manufacturing facilities
  • Assist finance team with issue resolution related to sales
  • Coordinate travel and arrangement for sales meetings and customer visits throughout the year


  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales related role in the grocery industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience analyzing data and problem resolution
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory direction
  • Strong organizational skill and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate and experience utilizing Microsoft Office
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to travel for sales meetings, minimal
