Route Driver in St. Paul MN

We are currently recruiting for a 4:00am to 2:00pm Route Driver. This position is a vital part to our operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure accurate delivery of product to customer sites.
• Complete working knowledge and execution of product delivery processes.
• Handle all equipment and product efficiently and safely.
• Must have a complete working knowledge of refrigerated truck operation.
• Hold all necessary certifications for equipment use and safety.
• Must proactively communicate in field issues to distribution supervision.
• Complete knowledge of shipping and credit documentation.
• Must demonstrate strong ability to communicate, handle conflict, keep supervision informed and maintain strong organizational skills.
• Customer service skills: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and act with customers in mind.
• Functional/Technical skills: Must possess required functional and technical skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• Time Management: Uses his/her time efficiently, values time, concentrates on important priorities, gets more done in less time than others.
