  • Support and coordinate DFA&##39;s Compliance Program through coordination with various business units to ensure compliance with relevant international, federal, state and local regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Evaluate the adequacy of controls to help prevent, detect, and address violations of regulations and internal policies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization&##39;s various companies, lines of business, and operations
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the organization. Able to work autonomously, multi-task in fast-paced environment and interact effectively to communicate on regulatory related matters or policy changes
  • Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning and implementation of various compliance initiatives
  • Partner with management to develop and evaluate internal controls to ensure that all compliance needs are met
  • Ensure the documentation and tracking of regulations and applicable controls
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of mitigation plans
  • Provide support on compliance reviews; the documentation of decisions, action items, and timelines
  • Influence the work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met and issues and risks are communicated
  • Develop, maintain, and revise policies and procedures
  • Provide support in the records management coordination efforts, including communication with locations and records vendor
  • Maintain detailed management reports, analyses, and presentations by using computer programs (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) to create charts, graphs and slides
