Duties and Responsibilities:
Properly Sample, receive and ship various products including milk, ice cream, condensed skim and work efficiently in department by accomplishing these tasks daily.
Perform CIP duties for all 24 hour washes for HTST1, all vessels in the bottling room, and fillers.
Unload milk by connecting milk hose to unloading pump and following appropriate standard operating procedures and standard sanitization operating procedures for bulk receiving.
Responsible for proper and accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing loads of products.
Set up and operate the CIP systems and tanker washers to properly clean and sanitize tanks, trucks, and line circuits and inspect after each CIP for cleanliness.
Clean and maintain cream storage tanks in accordance with ND Department of Agriculture and USDA standards, inspect after each CIP for cleanliness.
Responsible for complete and legible recording chart documentation in accordance with State and Federal requirements.
Record all information needed for CIP washes, tanker washes & line circuit washes; complete work orders in timely manner.
Responsible for reporting any abnormalities with milk, cream and other products received or shipped.
Take all necessary steps to minimize milk loss.
Read and abide by all standard sanitation operating procedures and standard operating procedures for bulk receiving, GMP;s and kemps safety policies
Attends required meetings
Attends required training, including but not limited to: GMP s, HAACP, SQF, Safety.
Completes online training as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Standing, twisting, pushing, pulling throughout shift.
Medium to heavy lifting, carrying, exerting and/ or lowering up to 60 pounds or more.
Repetition of hand /wrist doing simple grasping 10-20lbs including pushing, pulling, reaching.
Working in noisy, wet, and slippery conditions
Perform repetitive motion of stacking up to 10-20lbs including pushing, pulling, reaching and standing for long periods of time.
