Quality Assurance Manager in Vineland NJ

Aunt Kitty's Foods, Vineland, NJ is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for its Vineland, NJ manufacturing facility.  This position will be required to work as a part of a cross functional team at the plant to achieve the implementation of food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to:  GMPs, HACCP/Prevemtatove Controls, food safety, product quality, food security, FDA and USDA guidelines and requirements, pre-requisite programs, quality systems, etc.  Manages all plant Quality Assurance functions to oversee, record, report and initiate actions as required to meet Company specifications.  The Quality Assurance Manager will take immediate action to correct any factors that negatively affect product quality, plant sanitation or housekeeping.

The qualified candidate will have a four year science degree in Food Science or related field and three to five years relevant experience, HACCP/PCQI Certified, Better Process School, Six Sigma/Green Belt Certified, GFSI/BRC experience and knowledge of microbiological testing and evaluation skills/technology.
