  • Lead a portion of the company’s capital projects, working and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget, and executed successfully.   
  • Maintaining and supervising project schedules and contractors, to ensure timely completion of project.
  • Coordinate project management with plant operations, quality, safety, and contractor management.
  • Developing project budgets and timelines for capital projects.
  • Establishing a prioritized list of energy and sustainability saving opportunities to include in the capital budgeting process each year.
  • Reviewing and recommending project changes that will minimize capital costs and ensure that projects remain within budget and on time.
  • Working with the operations group to minimize downtime while meeting food safety requirements.
  • Conducting research and preparing feasibility studies relating to the improvement of production methods and the improvement/replacement of production equipment.


Education, Experience, Skills:


  • This position requires an individual that has an engineering degree; Mechanical, Electrical, Automation etc.
  • 3-5 years of Managing Projects
  • This position requires at least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing.
  • There will NOT BE significant overnight travel required.
