Rousselot is seeking to hire a Project Engineer in our Peabody, MA facility. The Project Engineer is responsible for all design work and installation associated with equipment and facilities throughout the Manufacturing Plant.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT ENGINEER
As a Project Engineer, you#39;ll use reliability, quality and cost principles of manufacturing to drive Operational Equipment Efficiency (EEO). The design work associated with Production Manufacturing equipment will be a key responsibility. You#39;ll coordinate and execute continuous improvement projects for the plant. You#39;ll be responsible for design, selection, purchase, installation and commissioning of projects.
You#39;ll confer with management, engineering and other staff regarding our manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate project planning. Appropriate to the position, you#39;ll accept a level of responsibility to manage projects within pre-determined cost and time restraints. This gives our Operations and Management teams confidence that our process will be maintained and improved when and where necessary. Without our safety conscience, qualified, and knowledgeable engineers, we wouldn#39;t be able to meet production goals and ensure a safe working environment. You play an important role in our success!
- BS: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of engineering experience in an Industrial Manufacturing Plant
- Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD Experience
- Experienced with Project Management Software
- 5 10 years of engineering experience in a high-volume Food, Pharma, or Beverage Manufacturing Plant.
- Strong familiarity with mechanical, electrical, steam generation, cooling systems, bulk liquid storage, dust collection and product drying systems
- Work knowledge of Wastewater Treatment Plant operations
- Experience with SQF and ISO auditing initiatives
- Experience with JDE
Experience with PLCs, Panelview HMI screens, SCADA Application operations; programming aptitude preferred. Software in use includes RSLogix 5000, Wonderware InSQL and Intouch, and FactoryTalk View
