My client is a leading food manufacturer that is looking for a strong Production Supervisor to head out their production team.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Production Supervisor, with great leadership skills to guide, and motivate our production teams on 2nd shift at our facilitiy.

Summary:
You will have the opportunity to work with a great team of people in a fast paced environment. Seeking a hands-on Supervisor who enjoys the day to day operations on the production floor. Candidates will possess experience and an understanding of food manufacturing, with a focus on running a smooth production process and successfully producing quality products to meet customer demand and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minttaingroup.comimum 3+ years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience in a Supervisory role leading hourly staff associates
• Associates Degree in related field, bachelor degree preferred
• Ability to positively contribute as a member of the Supervisory team
• Knowledge and ability to meet daily production schedules and deadlines
