Production Supervisor (Southern Washington/Central Washington/Southern Oregon)

The Opportunity:

Our client is highly respected in the food and beverage processing segment of the food manufacturing industry. With continued growth and success, they seek passionate individuals to fill key roles in their organization. The Production Supervisor supports and maintains the production team of these two 80-100+ employee plants. You will effectively manage and lead multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams toward a shared goal. This is a leadership role that reports to the Production Manager.


What you bring:

Ability to be flexible enough to work all three shifts. After training, this individual is anticipated to be working either a second or third shift (swing or grave). A passion for leading and mentoring people. Leadership and/or experience in the food manufacturing space would be required. Knowledge of FDA, OSHA regulations, GMPs, Sanitation and HACCP would be required. Forecasting and budgeting experience would be preferred for this position. You would effectively organize, plan and execute production as forecasted. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, Supervisory experience in this space is preferred.
