Production Supervisor (3rd Shift) in Raleigh NC

Our client, a leading food manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide leadership and supervise Production.  In this exciting role, you will drive the production process to ensure targets are met.

What we are looking for:

• Responsible for supervision of 30 - 100 hourly production employees
• Ensure proper staffing before start-up of the production line
• Work with Quality Assurance ensuring a food-safe and sanitary environment within specifications and USDA requirements.
• Maximize yields and throughputs while minimizing downtime, accidents, and turnover through encouragement and team building.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• 3+ years’ experience within the food manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years’ supervisory and/or leadership experience.
