Production Supervisor (1st shift and 2nd shift) in Phoenix AZ

Responsibilities

·        Supervises and coordinates gelato production activities.

·        Plans and establishes work schedules and assignments to meet production goals.

·        Trains and evaluates production personnel.

·        Prepares and maintains production reports

·        Assists in monitoring production tracking and quality systems.

·        Reviews operations and works with production manager and administrative staff to resolve procedural problems.

·        Follows company policies, safety guideline, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

·        Able to perform the duties of all of the positions in production to assist in production coverage throughout the day.

·        Other duties/tasks assigned as needed.

Qualifications

2-5 years ice cream and/or dairy manufacturing experience is required.
Must be able to run a commercial ice cream freezer.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic PC skills are required.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets.

Proficient in English

English/Spanish bilingual a plus
