The Procurement Analyst Systems and Data is responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of process transformation, change management and technology initiatives which will provide the Procurement organization clear visibility and efficient use of the financial and required data to drive breakthrough performance in cost savings and efficiencies. This person will support the development and implementation of information mining, collection, warehousing and reporting systems in order to facilitate Procurement reporting initiatives. In addition, this role will aid users in all purchasing related activities primarily within Coupa Business Spend Management but also SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX . This includes ensuring all purchasing data is accurate, the Procurement Team is properly trained on how to use all functions and working closely with IT to resolve any technical related issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and ongoing management of P2P Software platform. Assist users with post implementation procedural or systems issues
Create and maintain systems and tools documentation, user manuals and work instructions for all Procurement activities within Coupa, SAP and AX.
Conduct end user training for new team members
Perform system testing on Procurement functions for any implementations, enhancements and upgrades to Coupa, SAP and AX.
Ensure commodity codes are accurate and consistent throughout Coupa, SAP and AX.
Processes and Procedures
Ensure that Sourcing & Purchasing systems procedures are being adhered to
Provide data that supports recommendations for changes and improvements to Sourcing and Purchasing policies, procedures, and techniques that will increase productivity
Provide internal customers with answers to sourcing and purchasing process inquiries
Planning and Reporting
Consolidate and prepare monthly/quarterly management reports i.e. Productivity trackers, Commodity reports etc.
Provide monthly tracking and reporting on key department KPIs
Calculate and report financial impact analysis of proposed material standard cost changes
Develop, manage and maintain spend analytics tools for the Procurement Team
Support Procurement team with annual budgeting process by providing necessary information and analysis on a as needed basis
Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
1-3 years experience in a multi-plant, multi-segment manufacturing industry is preferred
Prior work experience with Coupa, SAP, or AX is required
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required (ability to utilize VLOOKUPs, IF statements, pivot tables, and graphs at a minimum)
Experience in a large branded consumer products goods company or experience at a more entrepreneurial and fast-paced middle market company is preferred.
