Plant Manager in Nashua NH

Growing food processor is in search of a Plant Manager.

Duties and Requirements:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the operation and regulatory reporting of air scrubbing system.
• Participate in providing improved designs in operational methods and processes
• Oversee production activities to ensure compliance with all regulations, formulations,
• Oversee material usage to ensure minimal waste and maximum yield.
• Oversee employee performance, recognizing and rewarding positive contributions, and exercising
• Direct all personnel activities in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
• Participate in Food Security, Employee Safety, and HACCP meetings
• Maintain “SQF” Certification.

Education and Experience

• BS in Engineering/Science
• Working knowledge of environmental rules & regulations
• Working knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
• Knowledge of HACCP
• Proficient in windows XP Professional/Office
• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining Food Safety and Food Quality
• When absent this position will be filled by the General Manager
• Must be willing to work weekends.
