PLANT MANAGER in LA

Position is open due to promotion. This company has purchased other companies and is looking for other acquisition opportunities. People are valued in this tremendously successful organization and the many people we have placed here will attest to that. This plant has upgraded much of their equipment, increasing automation - and more is to come.

Salary to $135K plus 30% bonus and relocation.

BACKGROUND:

• Successful food & beverage manufacturing leadership is required.
• Looking for a strong leader who will build rapport with the team.
• Candidate must be bright, good communicator, high-energy, and dedicated.
• Must have a stable work history.
• Four-year degree is preferred, but not required.

POSITION:
This position is responsible for facility operations including production, quality, safety, maintenance/engineering, replenishment, distribution, and human resources. Other responsibilities include servicing current and future customers, developing strong teams, and delivering positive business results. The Plant Manager has 6 direct reports in this nonunion plant of approximately 65 total team members.
