Growing manufacturing facility in Chicago is seeking an HR Leader to manage the entire HR function, to include Talent Acquisition, Safety, Training, Employee relations, Benefits, Payroll, etc.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive experience within an HR department
  • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience, preferably as an HR Supervisor or Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industrial environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is very helpful but not required
  • Target Salary: $90-100k - flexible for the right candidate
