  • Grain-based manufacturer with total annual revenues of $1B, producing a variety of cookies, crackers and snacks for major national and regional grocery chains.


  • Support the plant to execute the factory 3-year Capex plan, driving the execution of the plant technology roadmap. This involves understanding the innovation and demands plans, partnering with key equipment suppliers to implement CAPEX effectively, including standardizing maintenance and process operability of the new equipment.


  • The Manager will join the team during the design and construction phases of our new Manufacturing Plant, supporting the Technical Project Leader at Local Level. Once the project has been concluded, the candidate will remain as the Plant Engineering Manager.
  • He / She will monitor the implementation and development of the project, keeping control of both budget and project timelines.
  • He / She will supervise project execution and make sure it is implemented according to specifications and fulfilling the expectations of the different stakeholders.
  • He / She will coordinate the local teams and lead the technical team, organizing team meetings and monitoring progress on actions to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with Engineering Director, Strategic Engineering Manager, R&D Managers, Project Managers, Plant Managers.


  • BSE
  • +5 years of professional experience, leading capex projects (+/-$200mm), not necessary to bring a previous professional experience in the food industry sector.
  • Knowledge of Autonomous and Professional Maintenance, Control Systems and Process Engineering.
  • Industrial Engineering, Advanced Industrial Engineering. Proficiency knowledge in technical software. 5+ years’ experience in an engineering execution role. Previous experience implementing complex CAPEX investments. Thorough knowledge of regulations, compliance, legal and governance requirements in relation to engineering management in US.
  • Travel availability up to a 70%.
  • Spanish language desirable.
