Perdue Foods is looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our eCommerce team from our office in Salisbury, MD. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong capacity in establishing best practices and methodologies that facilitates, supports and helps drive the growth of our affiliate, influencer, social, paid and other strategic marketing endeavors (e.g. comparison shopping sites, Amazon, and other CPA based programs).

You prefer to work in a fast moving, exciting environment, but you want to have fun while you’re working. You work with minimal direction, you’re resourceful at finding resolutions to issues and you like to problem solve your way around any obstacles you face. You’re passionate about modern eCommerce websites, and you love working with people – our programs require a personal touch. This role will report to the Director of E-Commerce.

What You&##39;ll Do

  • Assist in starting up and managing demand generation channels. Partner demand generation channels will include comparison shopping sites, affiliates, Amazon, radio advertising and other CPA based programs.
  • Execute against the strategy by handling project onboarding requests, creative requests, communication plans, newsletter content development, incentive/promotion/campaign plans, paid placement strategy and negotiations, competitive monitoring and insights, etc.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly program monitoring and reporting, analyzing the data to bring back high-level findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work very closely with internal merchandising team to source product deals, and work with top affiliate deal sites to secure deal posts.
  • Assist in producing partnerships and placements with publishers that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Continual evaluation and reporting on cost structures (commission rates, CPA, CPC).
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams including the broader marketing team, analytics, e-commerce, merchandising, and technology.

Education and Experience You Will Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field and 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience with digital marketing channels, including influencer marketing, shopping feeds, paid search and paid social is highly preferred
  • A demonstrated ability to follow direction
  • The ability to keep track of projects, their status, and meet expected deadlines
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos especially in ambiguous situations
  • Prioritizes competing objectives appropriately and manages time with skill
  • Love of continual learning and staying ahead of the industry pack
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
