General Purpose:

Assist the Creamery Kitchen team in prepping, preparing, and cooking items from the Creamery Kitchen menu. Perform duties such as preparing food, baking baked goods, and general start of day prep.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare all items needed for service each day as directed, from chopping vegetables and fruit to making sauces, and baking items

Develop an understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen

Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications set by The Creamery

Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes

Maintain and clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes

Cook, handle, and store food or ingredients

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and working with kitchen equipment
