From a bakery in 1964 to a restaurant in 1969, to the manufacture and sale of frozen pizza bread in 1978, to the creation of frozen pizza products in the early 1980’s, the Fallucca family has been delighting their customers with delicious, quality Italian food. Each product that carries the Palermo's name is made with the greatest care and pride, from the finest ingredients available. 40 years later, Palermo’s Pizza products are still made with 100% real Italian style cheeses and a secret blend of sauce, herbs and spices from a recipe that traveled with founder Jack Fallucca, Sr. all the way from Sicily. In addition to the Palermo’s brand products, Palermo’s launched a private label pizza business in 1993. As consumers' taste for quality pizzeria style pizza increased, Palermo's Rising Crust Pizza, Deli Pizzas and their Private Label counterparts have risen to the occasion. Palermo’s is a family owned business headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Product is manufactured at sites in both Wisconsin and Illinois.
