Manually or Mechanically load in a timely manner with a power jack, racks of product weghing ut to 2,800 pound to transport up to 300 feet to areas designated by supervisor, up to 30 racks per hour for chilling purposes.
Accurately set up and operate KSI ovens.
Visually inspect cooking process by evaluating cycles to assess accuracy of cooking procedures.
Operate, visually inspect, physically test and adjust cooling medias as direct by supervisor to assess the chill procedures.
Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products.
Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related matters.
Maintains clean and safe working environment.
Participates in Company and department safety programs.
