This role is located near Madison WI.



  • Facilitating engagement programs that will nurture the desired company culture among all employees.
  • Developing needs assessment regarding training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of training and, in-turn, enhance employee performance toward achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Providing consultative services to all levels of employees regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Designing and implementing training programs that meet organizational objectives.
  • Determining the effectiveness of training and development by assessing employee accomplishments and performance.
  • Overseeing, developing and maintaining the talent management system, including career development and succession planning for key positions


Education, Experience, Skills:


  • This position requires an individual that has a BS Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field of study.
  • 3-5 years of related experience
