Global Company is looking for:

POSITION: North America Strategic Assets Leader
SALARY: $125K-145K + Bonus
LOCATION: Park Ridge, Illinois Zip: 60068
DEGREE: Required
EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years Real Estate and Asset Transactional Experience along with Financial Analysis
TRAVEL: 40-50% US/CANADA

Responsibilities:
Oversight all North America Assetes and responsible for the management and tactical oversight of portfolio matters within our existing real estate assets including lease renewals, subleases, easements, license agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and surplus management.
Responsible for compiling and presenting actionable market research to support long term decision making including store performance analysis, demographics analysis, competitive landscape indexing, market rent value assessments, close versus stay scenario analysis, and other complex models as needed.
Able to clearly and concisely present recommendations to Real Estate leadership for review and approval
Work closely with sales and marketing to research, collect and analyze data including industry and market trends, economic factors, forecasts, competitive analysis and overall supply and demand dynamics.
Participate in cross functional teams to support the resolution of ancillary real estate matters including eminent domain takings (available for mediations as needed), easements, common area agreements, landlord disputes, significant facility issues, signage agreements, supplementary parking agreements, etc…
Consistently serve as brand ambassador between company to landlord community ensuring that company’s interests are protected while creating a collaborative working relationship with landlords.
Leverage real estate technology to reduce expenses and drive increased productivity.
Provide real estate support on a special project basis (as requested by Sr. Leadership) for sister BSAM divisions (BATO, FSIP, BSBP, etc..)
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by real estate leadership.

Qualifications:
At least 6 - 8 years’ experience within a real estate department within either a firm, consultant or working directly for a manufacturer responsible for real estate transaction management including new leases, lease renewals, subleases, easements, license agreements, acquisitions, dispositions, and surplus management.
Must have experience working with commercial/industrial manufacturing or warehouse operations
Strong pipeline management background and negotiating skills, specifically related to lease renewals and terminations.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement to optimize efficiency and cost reduction.
Ability to collaborate and operate cross-functionally in a retail store support center environment.
BS, BA required, or MBA preferred – Real estate professional certifications a plus (CPM, CCIM, MRE).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lucernex, and Intalytics required.
