Molinaro's Fine Italian Foods Ltd. has been in business for over 45 years, specializing in customized deli and frozen pizza programs for many small and large retail chains. The core items we produce include fully topped pizzas and pizza crusts, calzones, pizza kits, frozen pasta (ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi) and specialty breads, such as foccacia and flatbreads. We produce all of our products in-house and, while we produce products for both the frozen and deli fresh segments of the market, we insist on using only the
finest natural raw ingredients.
The current facility is 106,000 square feet in size and includes a semi-automatic bakery that is both efficient and flexible enough to make 'hand made' products, such as calzones and pizza crust. We have recently installed a stone oven from Italy that has added a new and exciting line of pizzas and crusts to the compan's portfolio, as well as the pizza market as a whole. Moreover, we continue to produce frozen pastas and play on adding a second 'topping' line to increase our capacity for future growth.
