Hiring for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am). Ensures that all equipment is operating effectively and efficiently. Must have proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair, preventative maintenance, over-hauls, modification and fabrication. Must also have working knowledge of machine shop equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical and mechanical troublehooting and/or repairs to production and processing equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance of production and processing equipment as well as utility related equipment, following all safety procedures.
  • Support the installation of new equipment.
  • Set up and adjust controllers (primarily Allen-Bradley)
  • Assist the machine operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Ensure all repairs are documented.
