  • Oversees the marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands within our Traditional Creamers segment: International Delight, Dunkin&##39; & Baileys coffee creamers
  • Lead Club channel strategy for Coffee House Creamer business unit, including our Portion Control (PC) portfolio across brands (International Delight & Land O&##39;Lakes)
  • 3 direct reports: 1 Sr. Brand Manager, 1 Brand Manager & 1 Assistant Brand Manager, overseeing a full team of six, Reporting into VP Marketing for Coffee House Creations


  • Lead and oversee the strategy development and implementation of the Marketing Plans including Campaign communication and Innovation across three brands: International Delight, Dunkin&##39; & Baileys
  • Develop brand planning and execution of annual plans to meet sales and profit goals teams leveraging a cross functional team from Consumer Engagement, Insights, Finance, Sales, Analytics, and Media
  • Oversee the brand and innovation strategy for our PC portfolio across Club and Retail channels.
  • Drive the strategy for the Club channel for the Coffee House Creations business unit
  • Partner with our licensors Dunkin&##39; & Baileys, to drive strong collaboration with master brands
  • Drive innovation projects, along with direct reports, and influence a cross functional team inclusive of Sales, R&I, PMO, Operations, Insights and Enterprise Strategy teams to deliver brand goals
  • Guide business fundamentals mastery across team, identifying learnings and opportunities for strategy refinement across brands


  • 10+ years in Marketing with increasing responsibility, and a proven track record of success in sizeable companies with +$1B in revenue. Experience in Food & Beverage is a plus.
  • Passion for brands and marketing activation, strong brand management skills across all fundamentals
  • Strategic and analytical thinking: ability to shape a vision and a strategy and translate it in concrete actions/plans
  • Passion for managing & developing talent: design project list, provide ownership and empowerment in projects, provide on the job training, lead by example
  • Capability to brief agencies, drive a vision to create impactful brand content that creates conversations with consumers
  • Comfortable with all elements of the media mix: traditional (TV & Print), \ Digital and Social platforms as well as tailoring of compelling communications for these channels
  • Ability to define and track KPIs (IRI, S&I, customers and media KPIs) to identify opportunities and integrate into brand plan
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written and executive presence to clearly communicate objectives, gain alignment and present their business up and down the organization
  • Strong ability to switch between big picture and day-to-day to drive projects forward without losing sight of the overall goals
