?Provide marketing support to ensure the successful achievement of business objectives for the assigned area of responsibility(category applications, channels, communications etc.).Contribute to the development of short- and mid-term business strategies and initiatives designed to deliver profitable growth with a customer-focused mindset for the Ingredient Solutions division.Coordinate with other marketing and cross-functional team members to execute marketing initiatives for DFA Ingredient Solutions, end-use-categories (EUC) and product launches. Duties may include but are not exclusive to supporting marketing supervisor in marketplace messaging and communication development, market research, execution of owned and paid media strategies, collateral and presentation development, customer meetings/demonstrations and industry relations. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to area of responsibility and link these KPIs to divisional goals.

Specific to End-Use-Categories Strategy & Communications

  • Assist in the development of EUC strategies for assigned categories that enable achievement of sales goals and financial targets
  • Conduct market analysis to understand product, segment, customer, competitive and consumer trends to create differentiating positioning and influence capability strategies for assigned EUCs
  • Collaborate with EUC director(s), marketing, and sales managers to develop and implement portfolio gap analysis and new product introductions

Assist in the development of customer and market segmentation strategies through customer analysis, global market assessments and associated capability offerings

Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and analyze category/customer insights that drive capability strategies

Support the creation and communication of category-specific content, specifically those activities pertaining to customer connectivity

  • Support and coordinate customer connectivity activities (capability/concept meetings and customer market presentations)
  • Utilize tools, reporting, and dashboard mechanisms to evaluate and communicate marketing tactic performance

Specific to Divisional Communications

  • Support Sr. Marketing Manager in the execution of touchpoint communication programs for DFA Ingredient Solutions and across all EUCs. This is inclusive of owned and paid media strategies for lead generation/nurture and direct-to-customer communications
  • Monitor and provide approved content for DFA Ingredient Solutions social media platforms via organic content development, posting, engagement and reporting
  • Maintain master content marketing calendar and create marketing materials, such as product collateral, sales enablement tools and thought leadership, while enduring brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Partner with website team to manage website content, review SEO recommendations and other ongoing web maintenance responsibilities
  • Build, execute and report on email campaigns within Pardot
  • Support in screening and qualifying marketing leads for sales or ecommerce hand-off
  • Execute industry relations activities as directed (i.e. trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings)
  • Work with external agencies and internal communications team to execute marketing programs
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
  • Support Sr. Marketing Manager on the development of monthly board presentations and other leadership presentation needs
  • Maintain presentation, collateral and research libraries for the team and ongoing updates of these materials; coordinate with corporate communications for image needs
  • Partner with online vendors to setup and replenish collateral and promotional materials
