Marketing Associate in Charlotte NC

A leading packaging manufacturer is in search of a Marketing Associate. This position requires an adaptable, multi-tasker with a passion for marketing.

Job Functions:

· Assists in the implementation of the organization&##39;s marketing strategies for all US facilities, working in concert with the Corporate Marketing Manager.

· Researches market trends, competitor activity, and offerings, and service industry current events.

· Helps create and design content for social media platforms.

· Assists in developing corporate presentations and events.

· Assist in developing email marketing campaigns for the internal sales team.

· Coordinates shipments to the internal sales team, brokers, and executives.

· Working with media outlets and internal Market Innovation team, helping to deliver press releases and industry articles.

· Creates reports for the product management team as needed.

· Measures and reports the effectiveness of marketing campaigns as needed.

· Assists the Market Innovation teams with specialized tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor or Associate degree in business or related field.

· 1-3 years of experience, internships included.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Experience working in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

· Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
