The Marketing & Brand Manager ensures effective product portfolio development and go-to-market strategies. Working closely with sales and R&D, this role will assist in ideating, creating and launching products to support growth of our brands. The incumbent will also support the execution of customer program coordination, development of sales tools and administration processes.


Product Management

  • Provide leadership for brands.
  • Assist in development and execution of annual marketing plans.
  • Assist team with new product developments, coordinating timelines, research and technical applications relating to new item launches.
  • Utilize strong innovation skills and the ability to assemble and motivate cross-functional teams including PD, R&D, sales, finance and supply chain to accomplish aggressive new product plans.
  • Assist team with portfolio management including product transition plans, execution, sales & customer communications, sku rationalization and inventory analysis.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing activities with outside agencies/suppliers.
  • Lead packaging development and execution from briefing to launch.
  • Lead cross functional project teams in the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Strategy Execution & Activation

  • Analyze market trends, competitive trends, and review research to provide insights to drive growth and identify business opportunities for ready to drink alcohol product platforms.
  • Execute day-to-day tactical Marketing plans for the brands. Manage and control marketing budget to include budget controls, tracking, and process management.
  • Track marketplace performance, identifying gaps and recommending solutions that improve performance of current marketing and innovation programsand market performance
  • Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competition, category, customer, and consumer trends to enhance business performance.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of distribution, packaging, shelving and merchandising strategies and plans.
  • Analyze, interpret data, and provide recommendations for pricing and promotion support.
  • Conduct analysis and review marketing activation strategies and promotional activities to optimize and enhance growth of branded products.

General Administrative

  • Work with sales organization to guide sales support and training needs.
  • Proficient with data reporting systems to complete monthly business reporting needs. (e.g. retail link, Nielsen/IRI, VIP, shipments)
  • Responsible for following food safety/quality/regulatory policies and procedures, executing responsibilities as identified in standard operating procedures, and reporting food safety/quality/regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager.


  • Bachelor&##39;s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, particularly with upper management.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with results orientation.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficient with Excel
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate complex business proposals into simple selling propositions.
  • Strategic thinking and sound judgment in the execution of activities.
