Manufacturing Engineer in Ridgefield WA

A Manufacturing Engineer will manage the running, maintenance, and continuous improvements of the manufacturing process and equipment. Their main goal is to keep the stages of the manufacturing system in working order and produce a product in the most time-efficient and cost-effective way while always maintaining employee safety and product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure manufacturing is carried out in the most time-efficient and cost-effective way. Maintain employee safety and product quality Continuous improvement
• Elimination of waste through ongoing analysis and identification of inefficiencies within the system
• Monitor machinery for maintenance upgrades and repair when needed Work with manufacturing staff to train on new equipment Help with troubleshooting of problems within the manufacturing process and equipment Keep up to date with new technologies and improvements Design custom equipment for processing and help with the installation of new equipment

Experience:
