Manager, Facilities Maintenance in OR, WA

Growing Top Tier Consumer Products Organization

You will have:

• have ~10 years in a leadership role within facilities, maintenance or site engineering
• high speed manufacturing and packaging, process controls experience are very useful
• experience in a heavily regulated industry (Pharm, Food preferred). Preferably working under FDA and/or USDA and OSHA regulations
• demonstrated success building and leading teams
• the responsibility for ensuring that all PMs/equipment downtime that can impact operations is shared with the GM promptly
• responsibility for tracking/trending tasks completion status
• experience developing and monitoring budgets
• design/implement PM programs in conjunction with engineering,
• WW treatment knowledge
• responsibility to review manufacturers' service manuals, equipment usage schedules to optimize PMs to enhance overall efficiency at the site

Located in the PDX area

Base salary and bonus eligible
