We have an exciting opportunity on the Sales Strategy & Customer Development team for a Manager of Customer Development, supporting the Pacific brand.

Join our team and be a key member of cross functional business teams who are responsible for the overall management of a brand including delivering annual volume, base and incremental strategies, new products, and consumer/customer specific initiatives.

Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Drive achievement of annual net sales and trade targets.
  • Manage the translation of Pacific brand strategy into customer-specific strategies across all classes of trade, including Mass, Grocery, Natural, Club, and Ecommerce.
  • Actively participate in top customer JBP discussions & advise on annual promotional plans.
  • Represent the sales organization s perspective with cross-functional partners in the following ways:
  • Development of annual operating plan and 3-year strategic plan
  • Monthly integrated business planning process (S&OP)
  • New item pipeline and development
  • Customer-specific commercialization projects

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 5-7+ years of progressive customer and analytic experience
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in IRI/Nielsen
  • Experience working with marketing, finance and supply chain partners preferred
