Maintenance Technician - Kemps in Minneapolis MN

Kemps, LLC is a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA). Pay: $26.27/hour - $30.55/hour (5+ years of experience). Third Shift. Must have education in the field of maintenance engineering and/or the equivalent of three years in and associate field. - Have experience in working with ammonia and Freon refrigeration. - Have the ability to read schematics in all phases of refrigeration, electric circuitry, hydraulics, and pneumatics. - Have the knowledge of all phases of electric power, 480-240-120 and the lower voltage control wiring. Trouble shooting high priority in these areas. - Have working knowledge of hydraulics. To be able to follow through all phases of the hydraulic system from the basic pumps to the drivers, accumulators, connectors, regulators, and main base stations. - Be familiar with the complete working areas of pneumatics and their associated problems. - Must have a hands-on working knowledge of welding. This includes the basic skills with an emphasis on stainless steel welding. - Do what other work is needed in the areas of maintenance as directed by your lead-person or supervisor.
